Upper and Lower East Lodge, East Street, 58 Victoria Street and Happy Cottage, Lorne Road are self catering holiday homes in the heart of Southwold owned by Kathy Oliver with John & Janet Trussler. We provide the traditional service for which Southwold is famous, each home is cared for personally by the owners.

The locations of these traditional properties could not be better…..

1 minute to the sea
1 minute (going) to the best pub in town
1 minute to the shops
5 minutes to wonderful walks
5 minutes to the golf course
2-5 minutes to the church (depending on your inclination)
Within easy walking distance of a variety of eating places
Nearest railway stations: Halesworth (9 miles) and Darsham (10 miles)

Each home is well presented to a high standard and VisitBritain Quality Assurance rated at 3 stars. Ideal for a family holiday or a cosy get-a-way break throughout the year (there are games and in-house libraries to suit all tastes). Sofa beds are for occasional use only - maximum of 3 nights / week.

Duvets and pillows are provided, plus blankets in East Lodge, but no linen.
